Wearables Made Easy
Don't
let the professional look fool you. It's a snap to put
a vintage image on a t-shirt, tote, or jacket! Make a shirt
to wear to the St. Patrick's Day parade! Delight a child
with a one-of-a-kind shirt made just for them. Iron-on
inkjet printables from The Vintage Workshop® make
quick work of creating wearable art. Whether you're Irish
or not, you can celebrate St. Patrick's Day in style.
Iron-on
Transfers provide instant results and are machine washable.
Cotton, linen, and canvas options can be incorporated into
your sewing and crafting projects just as you would use store-bought
fabrics. Look below to decide which printable fabric is right
for your next project.
Iron-on
Transfer I: This translucent material is recommended
for white and light colored fabrics, no mirroring of the
images is necessary with our direct transfer process. Just
print your image onto the transfer sheet, then iron it into
place to create customized shirts, books, bags and more!
Iron-on
Transfer II: As easy to use as our Iron-on
Transfer I, this version is made for use on light
or dark fabrics!
Designed especially for wearable art, the opaque background
allows you more versatility in your designs and provides
an amazing professional-looking finish.
Cotton
Poplin: A bright white, smooth surface helps
your printed image really pop! Print onto the fabric and
then remove the paper backing for your own custom cotton
fabric. Sew it into a quilt or use in an applique project.
Inkjet
Linen: Just like the linen you love, only inkjet-printable!
This fabric is slightly more coarse than the Cotton
Poplin and is ivory in color, making it a great
choice for vintage themes. Print your image and then peel
away the backing for a finished piece of linen that you can
sew into a variety of projects.
Cotton
Canvas: This durable white canvas provides
a backdrop for images and photographs. This fabric is
slightly more coarse than the Inkjet Linen and is a great
choice for wearables as well as crafts. Print your image
directly onto the canvas and then peel away the paper backing.
Gloss
Finish Artist Canvas: A soft-white fabric
with a glossy sheen, make this your choice for crafting
and decorating projects. Suitable for framing or crafting
into a cover for a book, printed images resemble paintings
on canvas. To increase durability and to protect your image,
we recommend applying a clear fixative to your finished
project.
